This Delivery Policy explains how orders placed through the CHAWA Café/Restaurant, Showroom, and Online Store are processed, packed, and delivered. CHAWA is operated and distributed by QTX General Trading L.L.C (Sharjah, UAE).
This policy applies to all retail and online orders fulfilled through chawajapan.com and purchases made directly through the CHAWA Café/Restaurant & Showroom.
All deliveries are handled with care and aligned with CHAWA’s commitment to quality, freshness, and timely service.

2. Delivery Partners and Methods
CHAWA partners with Quiqup for all domestic deliveries within the United Arab Emirates (UAE). International shipping is not currently available.

All CHAWA product prices and delivery fees are inclusive of 5% VAT.
There are no hidden charges or additional fees at checkout.
4. Order Cut-Off and Processing Schedule
- Orders placed before 12:00 PM will be scheduled for next-day delivery by 10 PM.
- Orders placed after 12:00 PM will be delivered on the following working day.
- Orders placed on weekends or UAE public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Deliveries operate Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
5. Delivery Preparation
Parcels are typically marked as “Ready for Collection” by 1:30 PM, with Quiqup pickups between 2:00 – 6:00 PM daily.
6. Important Notes
- Delivery schedules may vary due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen logistics conditions.
- Delivery services may be temporarily paused during UAE public holidays.
- Customers will receive tracking information by email or SMS once their order has been dispatched.
- CHAWA reserves the right to revise this policy when necessary, without prior notice.
- CHAWA shall be liable for damages arising from actions taken under this Policy only in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence. However, the scope of compensation shall be limited to direct and ordinary damages.
- Returns and refunds for products shall be handled in accordance with our separately established Return & Refund Policy.
