All CHAWA matcha and Japanese teas are sourced directly from trusted producers in
Japan.
We select tea leaves that highlight the unique characteristics of each region and farm,
prioritizing quality, freshness, and safety.
Matcha: Since it is sensitive to light, air, humidity, and heat, please store it in an airtight
container in the refrigerator after opening.
Japanese tea (Sencha, Hojicha, etc.): Avoid high temperatures and humidity. Store in an
airtight container in a cool, dark place away from direct sunlight.
In both cases, please consume as soon as possible after opening to enjoy the fresh
aroma and flavor.
At present, we only ship within the UAE.
We are preparing for international shipping, and information will be updated on the
website as soon as it becomes available.
We also offer matcha that is certified organic at CHAWA.
Products with organic certification are clearly marked with the JAS logo on their product
pages, so please check when making your purchase.
While not all products are organic, all our tea leaves are carefully managed to ensure
they are safe and free from pesticides and additives.
Tea products cannot be returned for safety reasons.
However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact
us within 48 hours with photos for a replacement or refund.
